Mapping & Moding
So you bought Unreal Tournament 2003, you’ve played the game & now it’s time to dig deeper. The reason this game requires 3gig hard drive space is because of all the extra goodies bundled with it. The best of which is a program called “Unrealed”. This utility allows you to create your own levels (called maps).

Everything needed to get started
is included, textures (images for walls, floors and the like), models (brushes
or meshes in unreal) & sound f/x. The hard part is where to begin and
there is an incredibly steep learning curve. There would be no point in trying
to duplicate the excellent range of tutorials on the net but we can help you to
find them. If any of our links are broken or even if you find a better tutorial
then please let us know.
